The Systems Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties at the India Bangalore site:
1. Design, deploy, and maintain enterprise server infrastructure including Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), and cloud-hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
2. Manage network architecture, firewalls, load balancers, and DNS configurations to ensure 99.9% uptime for all production systems.
3. Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery planning in alignment with the client's IT strategy for the India Bangalore operations.
4. Oversee virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker) for application workloads.
5. Implement and maintain automated monitoring, alerting, and logging solutions (Nagios, Zabbix, Splunk, ELK Stack).
6. Ensure compliance with information security standards (ISO 27001, NIST) and coordinate with the client's security team for vulnerability assessments and patch management.
7. Provide Level 3 technical support and escalation handling for all infrastructure-related incidents.
8. Prepare monthly and quarterly infrastructure reports for the client's management team.
Terms and Conditions1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised based on market conditions in India Bangalore.
2. Payment terms: 50% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon successful onboarding of the Systems Engineer, and 10% upon completion of the 12-month engagement period.
3. The Systems Engineer shall be subject to the client's site policies, code of conduct, and security protocols at the India Bangalore office location.
4. Any change in scope, additional Systems Engineer resources, or extended deployment beyond the quoted period shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued separately.
5. The client agrees to provide a suitable workstation, software licenses, and access credentials required for the Systems Engineer to perform duties effectively.
6. Termination: Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days' written notice. In case of early termination, pro-rata charges for the unfulfilled period shall apply as per this Quotation Estimate.
7. All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India Bangalore, Karnataka.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties.
