2. SCOPE OF WORK – SYSTEMS ENGINEER ENGAGEMENT

This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechnoCore Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for the engagement of a senior Systems Engineer to be deployed at the client's operational facility located in India New Delhi. The Systems Engineer shall be responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of the client's enterprise IT infrastructure, including server environments, network architecture, virtualization platforms, and disaster recovery systems. The engagement is specifically tailored to meet the operational requirements of the client's business operations within the India New Delhi metropolitan area, ensuring compliance with all applicable Indian Information Technology Act 2000 regulations and local data sovereignty requirements.

The Systems Engineer will work on-site at the client's premises in India New Delhi during standard business hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM IST) and will be available for after-hours emergency support on a rotational basis. The role encompasses hardware provisioning, operating system deployment (Windows Server 2022, RHEL 9), network switch and router configuration, Active Directory management, PowerShell and Bash scripting for automation, performance tuning, capacity planning, and coordination with third-party vendors operating in the India New Delhi region.

4. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised due to market fluctuations in hardware costs and labor rates applicable in India New Delhi.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of infrastructure setup and Systems Engineer onboarding, and 30% upon successful completion of the 12-month engagement period.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of TechnoCore Solutions Pvt. Ltd. as specified in the commercial invoice. Cheques shall be drawn in favour of "TechnoCore Solutions Pvt. Ltd." and payable at New Delhi.
The Systems Engineer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a Non-Compete clause for a period of twelve (12) months post-engagement, in compliance with Indian contract law.
Any additional services, hardware upgrades, or scope changes beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client.
The Systems Engineer shall adhere to all safety protocols, data protection guidelines, and IT security policies in force at the client's India New Delhi premises.
Taxes: All amounts are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. GST at 18% shall be applicable on services and 18% on hardware goods as per the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017, applicable in the state of Delhi, India New Delhi.
Warranty: All procured hardware carries a minimum 3-year on-site warranty. The Systems Engineer shall coordinate all warranty claims and vendor escalations during the engagement period.
Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being New Delhi, India.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Service Agreement (MSA) are executed by both parties.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Systems Engineer at the India New Delhi operational site.
