The Systems Engineer assigned to this project in Indonesia Jakarta shall possess a minimum of eight (8) years of professional experience in enterprise systems engineering, with demonstrated expertise in the following domains: Linux and Windows Server administration, VMware and Hyper-V virtualization, AWS/Azure hybrid cloud architecture, Cisco and Juniper network engineering, DevOps CI/CD pipelines, and ITIL-aligned service management. The Systems Engineer must hold at least two of the following certifications: AWS Solutions Architect Professional, Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104), or CompTIA Security+. All deliverables produced by the Systems Engineer shall be submitted in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements in Indonesia Jakarta.
This Quotation Estimate stipulates the following payment schedule, payable via bank transfer to the account of PT Nusantara Digital Solutions, Bank Mandiri, Indonesia Jakarta:
- 30% Advance Payment: Due within seven (7) business days of contract signing – IDR 284,172,000
- 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon completion of infrastructure audit, configuration, and security hardening – IDR 378,896,000
- 30% Final Payment: Due upon successful completion of the twelve-month engagement and final acceptance – IDR 284,172,000
All invoices shall be issued in accordance with Indonesian tax regulations. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Indonesia Jakarta.
- The Systems Engineer shall comply with all data protection regulations under Indonesia's Personal Data Protection Law (UU PDP No. 27/2022) and the client's internal information security policies.
- Any scope changes or additional services requested by the client beyond the original Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate change-order document and mutual written approval.
- The Systems Engineer shall maintain professional confidentiality and sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work in Indonesia Jakarta.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated lockdowns, or civil unrest in Indonesia Jakarta, shall suspend obligations without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) seated in Jakarta.
