- Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Israel Tel Aviv.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the primary Systems Engineer deployment phase; 30% upon final acceptance and handover. All payments are due within fourteen (14) business days of invoice date.
- Currency: All amounts in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Israeli New Shekels (ILS). No foreign currency conversion fees apply as all services are delivered within Israel Tel Aviv.
- Working Hours: The Systems Engineer will operate during standard business hours (08:00–17:00, Sunday–Thursday) in accordance with Israeli labor law. Overtime or weekend work in Israel Tel Aviv will be billed at 1.5x the standard hourly rate.
- Travel & Expenses: All travel within the Tel Aviv-Yafo municipality is included. Travel to other locations within Israel will be billed at actual cost with prior written approval.
- Confidentiality: The Systems Engineer and all Meridian personnel are bound by a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in compliance with Israeli law. All client data processed in Israel Tel Aviv will remain within Israeli borders unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Warranty: A ninety (90) day warranty period applies to all Systems Engineer deliverables from the date of final acceptance. Defects identified within this period will be corrected at no additional charge.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to national security alerts, government-mandated shutdowns, or natural disasters affecting the Israel Tel Aviv region.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Tel Aviv, Israel.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate in its entirety, including all terms, conditions, pricing, and scope of work related to the Systems Engineer engagement in Israel Tel Aviv. This signature constitutes a binding agreement for the services described herein.
