Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the designated account of Meridian Technical Solutions LLC, Kuwait City branch. The payment schedule is structured as follows: an initial mobilization payment of 25% due upon contract execution; monthly invoices for the Systems Engineer professional fee payable within thirty (30) calendar days of invoice issuance; and the one-time assessment and documentation fees payable upon completion of the respective deliverables. Late payments shall incur a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Kuwaiti commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Kuwait.
- The Systems Engineer shall adhere to all applicable laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait, including but not limited to the Labour Law and data protection directives issued by the Kuwaiti government.
