The Systems Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following duties and responsibilities at the designated site in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur:
- Design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade server infrastructure including Windows Server, Linux distributions, and virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Manage and maintain the client's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and cloud connectivity solutions across all Malaysia Kuala Lumpur office locations.
- Perform routine system health checks, patch management, firmware updates, and security vulnerability assessments on a weekly basis.
- Provide Level 3 technical support and incident resolution for all hardware, software, and network-related issues affecting business operations.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and business continuity documentation compliant with Malaysian data protection regulations (PDPA 2010).
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers operating within the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur technology ecosystem.

All amounts stated in this Quotation Estimate are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the account of TechBridge Solutions Sdn. Bhd. within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of invoice issuance. A 10% advance payment is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the Systems Engineer's availability. The remaining balance shall be invoiced on a monthly basis in arrears. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 2% per month as stipulated under Malaysian commercial law.
Important Notes:
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in the Malaysia Kuala Lumpur technology sector.
- The Systems Engineer assigned shall hold a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience and possess certifications including but not limited to CompTIA, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator.
- All work performed under this engagement shall comply with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) guidelines and the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
- Any additional services beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and countersigned.
