The Systems Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following core activities at the client's premises in Morocco Casablanca:

Design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-level server infrastructure, including physical and virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox).
Network architecture planning, configuration, and optimization for LAN, WAN, and hybrid cloud connectivity within the Morocco Casablanca business district.
Deployment and management of operating systems (Linux RHEL/Ubuntu, Windows Server) across all client workstations and server nodes.
Development and execution of disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and business continuity protocols tailored to the client's operational requirements.
Security hardening, vulnerability assessment, patch management, and compliance auditing in accordance with Moroccan data protection regulations (CNDP) and international standards (ISO 27001).
Integration of third-party applications, middleware, and database systems (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) into the unified IT ecosystem.

In accordance with the terms of this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows:

30% Advance Payment (MAD 428,904.00) – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of the Systems Engineer's on-site deployment in Morocco Casablanca.
40% Milestone Payment (MAD 571,872.00) – Due upon completion of the initial infrastructure audit, hardware installation, and system go-live (approximately Month 2).
30% Final Payment (MAD 428,904.00) – Due upon successful completion of the 12-month engagement period and delivery of all final documentation and knowledge transfer materials.

All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Atlas Digital Solutions SARL, Bank of Africa, Casablanca Branch. Invoices will be issued in accordance with Moroccan fiscal requirements and must be settled within 30 calendar days of invoice date.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Morocco Casablanca.
The Systems Engineer assigned to this project shall be a certified professional (minimum 8 years of experience, MCSE/CCNP or equivalent certifications) and shall be subject to the client's site access policies in Morocco Casablanca.
All intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies, tools, and pre-existing frameworks remain the property of Atlas Digital Solutions SARL.
Confidentiality obligations as defined in the separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall govern all information exchanged during the engagement.
Any scope changes or additional services beyond those described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written agreement and additional charges.
This engagement is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Morocco Casablanca.
The Systems Engineer shall comply with all applicable Moroccan labor laws, data protection regulations (Law 09-08), and industry best practices throughout the duration of the contract.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Atlas Digital Solutions SARL to proceed with the engagement of the Systems Engineer for the services described herein, to be performed at the client's premises in Morocco Casablanca.
