1. Scope of Services – Systems Engineer Deployment in Nigeria Lagos

The Systems Engineer assigned under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following duties at your Nigeria Lagos premises:

Design, implementation, and maintenance of on-premise and hybrid server infrastructure (Windows Server 2022, Linux RHEL 9) housing core banking and transaction systems.
Configuration and management of network infrastructure including firewalls, load balancers, and VLAN segmentation across the Victoria Island and Lekki office locations in Nigeria Lagos.
Provisioning and administration of virtualised environments (VMware vSphere 8 / Microsoft Hyper-V) to ensure 99.9% uptime for mission-critical financial applications.
Implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans compliant with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) IT Risk Management Framework and the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.
Monitoring, patch management, and security hardening of all endpoints, servers, and network devices within the Nigeria Lagos operational footprint.
Coordination with third-party vendors, ISPs (MTN Business, Airtel, MainOne), and cloud providers for seamless connectivity and failover in Nigeria Lagos.
Preparation of monthly infrastructure reports, capacity planning documents, and compliance audit support for regulatory inspections.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in the Nigeria Lagos market, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements.
Payment terms: 40% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 30% upon completion of the initial infrastructure audit, and the remaining 30% in equal monthly instalments over the engagement period. All payments shall be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN) to the TechNova Solutions Ltd. account domiciled in Nigeria Lagos.
The Systems Engineer shall be subject to a background check, professional indemnity insurance, and adherence to the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023 and CBN cybersecurity guidelines throughout the engagement in Nigeria Lagos.
Any scope changes or additional services requested by the client beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary quotation and written approval before commencement.
TechNova Solutions Ltd. shall not be liable for damages arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to power outages (NEPA/PHCN disruptions common in Nigeria Lagos), flooding, or government-mandated shutdowns.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Master Services Agreement (MSA) documents.
All intellectual property, documentation, and reports produced by the Systems Engineer during the engagement shall become the property of Meridian Financial Group upon full payment.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Nigeria Lagos in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act (Cap A18, LFN 2004).

4. Acceptance

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms set forth herein for the Systems Engineer services to be delivered in Nigeria Lagos.
