The following services constitute the complete scope of work for which this Quotation Estimate is issued. All activities will be performed by the designated Systems Engineer at the client's premises in Peru Lima or remotely as mutually agreed upon:

This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment structure, which aligns with standard commercial practices in Peru Lima:

• 30% Advance Payment: Due upon formal acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract. Amount: PEN 41,541.90.
• 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon completion of Items 01 through 04 (Infrastructure Assessment, Network Redesign, Cloud Migration, and Cybersecurity). Amount: PEN 55,389.20.
• 30% Final Payment: Due upon delivery of all remaining deliverables, final documentation, and client sign-off. Amount: PEN 41,541.90.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account designated by the Systems Engineer. Invoices will be issued in compliance with SUNAFIL and SUNAT regulations applicable in Peru Lima.
• Late payments will incur a monthly interest rate of 1.5%, in accordance with Peruvian commercial law (Código Civil del Perú).

This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this validity period, the Systems Engineer reserves the right to revise pricing based on current market conditions in Peru Lima, currency fluctuations, and availability of specialized resources.

Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between both parties for the services described herein. Any modifications to the scope of work must be documented in a formal addendum signed by both the Systems Engineer and the authorized representative of the client.

The Systems Engineer guarantees full professional dedication to this project, maintaining strict confidentiality of all proprietary information, data, and business processes encountered during the engagement in Peru Lima. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be executed prior to the commencement of any work.
