The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for the Systems Engineer engagement in the Philippines Manila area:
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Philippines Manila IT services sector.
- Payment Terms: Payment shall be made on a monthly basis, due within fifteen (15) days from the date of invoice. A 1.5% monthly interest shall apply to overdue balances. The initial mobilization fee (Item 03) is due upon contract execution.

- Termination: Either party may terminate this engagement with a sixty (60) day written notice. In the event of early termination by the client, a pro-rated fee for the remaining notice period shall be payable.
