The Systems Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the full lifecycle management of the client's enterprise IT infrastructure located at the primary facility in Russia Saint Petersburg. The role encompasses the following core responsibilities:

• Design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of server infrastructure, including physical and virtualized environments (VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V) housing critical industrial control systems.
• Configuration and optimization of network architecture spanning the client's three operational sites within the Russia Saint Petersburg region, ensuring redundant connectivity and compliance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ on personal data protection.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the designated Systems Engineer are subject to re-evaluation.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the infrastructure audit and network upgrade milestones, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Invoices shall be issued in Russian Rubles (RUB) and settled via bank transfer to the account of TechnoBridge Solutions LLC, Sberbank, Saint Petersburg branch.
3. The Systems Engineer shall operate in compliance with all applicable Russian Federation labor laws, data protection regulations (FZ-152), and FSTEC security requirements specific to the Russia Saint Petersburg jurisdiction.
4. Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the original Quotation Estimate value must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before additional work commences.

7. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or non-performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or civil unrest affecting the Russia Saint Petersburg region.
