- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of pricing due to market fluctuations in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- All Systems Engineer personnel assigned to this project are fully qualified, Saudi-registered professionals holding valid Iqama (residence permit) and professional licenses issued by the relevant Saudi authorities.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of on-site implementation, and 30% upon final acceptance and handover. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyal (SAR) via bank transfer to the account designated in the contract.
- The Systems Engineer team will operate in accordance with the client's site safety protocols, Saudi labor law, and all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Any scope changes or additional services beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval by the client.
- All deliverables, including documentation, source configurations, and system credentials, shall be the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Warranty: A twelve (12) month warranty period applies to all hardware configuration and software deployment work performed by our Systems Engineer team, commencing from the date of final acceptance.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent contract shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with jurisdiction vested in the competent courts of Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary information, system architectures, and business data exchanged during the engagement.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
