This Quotation Estimate is issued by Meridian Tech Solutions Pte. Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemised cost breakdown for the engagement of a certified Systems Engineer to deliver end-to-end infrastructure design, deployment, and maintenance services. All services described herein shall be performed within the jurisdiction of Singapore Singapore, in full compliance with the Information and Communications Development Authority (ICDA) regulations, the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) of Singapore, and all applicable local labour and employment statutes.
The Systems Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of seven (7) years of progressive experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, possess relevant certifications including but not limited to Cisco CCNP/CCIE, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, and CompTIA Security+, and demonstrate proven expertise in data centre operations, network architecture, cloud migration, and cybersecurity hardening. The Systems Engineer will be physically stationed at the client's premises in Singapore Singapore during core business hours and will report directly to the client's designated IT Director.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability of the Systems Engineer are subject to revision without prior notice.
- All monetary values stated in this document are denominated in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of all applicable local taxes in Singapore Singapore unless otherwise specified.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the primary deployment phase, and 30% upon final acceptance and sign-off by the client's authorised representative.
- The Systems Engineer shall adhere to all data protection and confidentiality obligations as stipulated under the PDPA of Singapore Singapore. A separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to the commencement of any on-site work.
- Any change in scope, additional work orders, or extensions beyond the timelines stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal Change Request and a supplementary quotation issued by Meridian Tech Solutions Pte. Ltd.
- The Systems Engineer shall comply with all workplace safety regulations, building access protocols, and IT security policies of the client's facilities located in Singapore Singapore.
- Warranty: A twelve (12) month warranty period applies to all infrastructure configurations and deployments performed by the Systems Engineer, covering defects in workmanship and configuration errors.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties. The governing law for this engagement shall be the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent engagement of the Systems Engineer shall be resolved through mediation in Singapore Singapore before any litigation is commenced.
