Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows: a 30% deposit (R 532,162.50) is due upon acceptance and signing of this document; 40% is payable upon completion of the infrastructure migration and network architecture phases; and the remaining 30% is payable in equal monthly instalments over the final four months of the Systems Engineer retainer period. All payments are to be made via electronic funds transfer (EFT) to the bank account of TechSolutions Engineering (Pty) Ltd, registered in South Africa Cape Town. Invoices will be issued monthly in accordance with South African tax regulations.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Thereafter, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in the South Africa Cape Town IT services sector.
- The Systems Engineer assigned to this engagement shall be a certified professional (Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCP, or equivalent) with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience in enterprise environments.
- All work shall be performed in compliance with South African labour law, the POPIA Act, and applicable municipal by-laws governing the South Africa Cape Town metropolitan area.
- Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. Pre-existing tools, methodologies, and frameworks remain the property of TechSolutions Engineering (Pty) Ltd.
- Either party may terminate this engagement with thirty (30) days' written notice. In the event of early termination, the client shall be liable for all services rendered up to the termination date plus a 10% administrative fee.
- The Systems Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than R 5,000,000, valid throughout the duration of the engagement in South Africa Cape Town.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation in Cape Town, Western Cape, and failing that, through the South African courts of competent jurisdiction.
