The Systems Engineer assigned to this project in Spain Madrid shall meet the following minimum qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in enterprise systems engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCP-DCV, and CompTIA Security+ (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated proficiency in Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), Windows Server, VMware vSphere, and AWS/Azure cloud platforms.

Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Spain Madrid.
Payment Terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of the infrastructure migration phase; 30% upon final acceptance and sign-off. The monthly retainer (Item 3.7) shall be invoiced in arrears on the last working day of each month.
Working Location: All on-site services shall be performed at the client's premises in Spain Madrid. Travel and accommodation costs within the Madrid metropolitan area are included. Any travel outside the Madrid region shall be quoted separately.
Confidentiality: The Systems Engineer shall be bound by a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in accordance with Spanish labour and commercial law (Ley de Propiedad Intelectual, Real Decreto Legislativo 1/1996).
Warranty: All work performed by the Systems Engineer carries a 12-month warranty from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in design or implementation.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Madrid.
- This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide all necessary physical access, credentials, and existing documentation for the Spain Madrid facilities.
