All services described in this Quotation Estimate are tailored to the specific regulatory and operational requirements applicable to Switzerland Zurich, including compliance with Swiss Federal Data Protection Act (nDSG/FADP), ISO 27001 information security standards, and the Swiss Federal Council's guidelines on critical infrastructure protection.

The total estimated duration for the Systems Engineer engagement, as outlined in this Quotation Estimate, is approximately nine (9) months from the date of contract execution. • Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of Phase 2; 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of all documentation. Invoices are payable within thirty (30) days of receipt via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
• The Systems Engineer shall maintain full professional confidentiality regarding all client data, system credentials, and proprietary information encountered during the engagement in Switzerland Zurich. A mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) shall be executed prior to commencement of work.
• All deliverables, including architecture diagrams, configuration scripts, runbooks, and training materials, shall be the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
