The Systems Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall be responsible for the following duties and deliverables within the Tanzania Dar es Salaam operational environment:

• Infrastructure Assessment: Conduct a full audit of existing server hardware, network topology, storage systems, and virtualization platforms currently deployed across the client's premises in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• System Design and Architecture: Develop and document a scalable IT architecture plan that aligns with the client's five-year strategic roadmap, incorporating redundancy, failover mechanisms, and disaster recovery protocols suited to the Tanzania Dar es Salaam climate and power infrastructure.
• Server and Network Configuration: Install, configure, and commission all physical and virtual servers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers. The Systems Engineer shall ensure all configurations comply with Tanzanian data protection regulations and international best practices.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings via bank transfer to the account of Technova Systems Engineering Ltd. at CRDB Bank, Dar es Salaam branch. The payment schedule is as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment: Due upon signing of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% Milestone Payment: Due upon successful completion of infrastructure deployment and initial system commissioning in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
• 30% Final Payment: Due upon completion of the 12-month support period and delivery of the final project report.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
2. The Systems Engineer shall adhere to all applicable Tanzanian labor laws, data protection regulations (Data Protection Act No. 6 of 2022), and professional ethical standards.
3. Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
4. Technova Systems Engineering Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of TZS 500,000,000 for the duration of the engagement.
