The following scope of work defines the deliverables and responsibilities of the Systems Engineer as outlined in this Quotation Estimate:

4.1 A deposit of thirty percent (30%) of the total Quotation Estimate value, amounting to THB 747,930, is due upon client acceptance and signing of this document.
4.2 The remaining seventy percent (70%) shall be invoiced in two equal installments: the first upon completion of the Deployment & Integration phase (Item 03), and the second upon successful handover of all documentation and completion of the final knowledge transfer session.
4.3 Monthly maintenance fees (Item 05) shall be invoiced on the first business day of each calendar month, payable within fourteen (14) calendar days of invoice receipt.
4.4 All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Meridian Technology Solutions Co., Ltd., Bank of Ayudhya, Branch: Sukhumvit, Bangkok, Thailand. Account No. 018-4-55678-9.
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, currency changes, or resource availability.
5.2 The Systems Engineer assigned to this project shall be a single dedicated professional with a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience. In the event of unavoidable absence, a replacement of equivalent or superior qualification will be provided with prior written consent from the client.
5.3 All on-site work will be conducted at the client's premises in Thailand Bangkok during standard business hours (08:30–17:30, Monday to Friday) unless otherwise agreed in writing for emergency response.
5.4 The Systems Engineer shall comply with all applicable Thai laws and regulations, including the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) B.E. 2562 (2019), the Computer Crime Act, and NCSA cybersecurity standards.
5.5 Intellectual property rights for all custom documentation, architecture designs, and configurations produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
5.6 Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment prior to execution.
5.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties. The definitive service agreement will be executed within seven (7) business days of acceptance.
