• 30% Advance Payment – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to the Systems Engineer's arrival in Turkey Ankara. Amount: USD 102,942.00.
• 40% Milestone Payment – Due upon successful completion of the Implementation & Integration Phase. Amount: USD 137,256.00.
• 30% Final Payment – Due upon formal acceptance of the completed Systems Engineer deliverables and issuance of the Final Handover Certificate in Turkey Ankara. Amount: USD 102,942.00.

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period requires written reconfirmation from Meridian Technical Solutions Ltd.
2. The Systems Engineer services described herein are specific to the project site in Turkey Ankara. Relocation to any other location within Turkey or internationally shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate.
3. All intellectual property developed by the Systems Engineer during the course of this engagement in Turkey Ankara shall vest in the client upon full and final payment.
4. The Systems Engineer shall comply with all local labor laws, work-permit requirements, and professional registration obligations applicable in Turkey Ankara.
5. Meridian Technical Solutions Ltd. shall maintain professional indemnity and public liability insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 2,000,000 for the duration of the engagement in Turkey Ankara.
6. Any change in scope, duration, or deliverables must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before implementation. The Quotation Estimate amounts shall be adjusted accordingly.
7. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Ankara, Turkey, in accordance with the rules of the Ankara Arbitration Center.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment has been received.
