This Quotation Estimate is based on the following assumptions regarding the Systems Engineer engagement in United Kingdom Birmingham:

All invoices will be issued to the billing address specified in the definitive contract. Payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date. Late payments will attract interest at a rate of 4% per annum above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, applicable throughout the United Kingdom including Birmingham.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability for the Systems Engineer role in United Kingdom Birmingham are subject to reconfirmation.
- Meridian Technical Solutions Ltd reserves the right to decline or modify this Quotation Estimate if the scope of work changes materially from the description provided herein.
