This document serves as a binding proposal for the services described herein and remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue.

The Systems Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate will be responsible for the following deliverables and activities, all to be performed at or in support of the client's premises in United States Miami:

1. Infrastructure Architecture Design: Development of a scalable, redundant network and server architecture compliant with local United States Miami municipal codes and federal IT security standards (NIST 800-53).
2. Hardware Procurement & Deployment: Sourcing, installation, and configuration of rack-mounted servers, network switches, firewalls, and storage area networks (SAN) at the client's data center facility in United States Miami.
3. Operating System & Middleware Configuration: Installation and hardening of Linux (RHEL 9) and Windows Server 2022 environments, including patch management, user access controls, and service orchestration.
4. Cloud Hybrid Integration: Design and implementation of a hybrid cloud strategy connecting on-premises United States Miami infrastructure with AWS us-east-1 and Azure East US regions for disaster recovery and workload elasticity.
5. Security & Compliance: Implementation of intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection, and compliance auditing aligned with Florida state data protection regulations and HIPAA requirements where applicable.
6. Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Delivery of complete as-built documentation, runbooks, and a minimum of four (4) on-site training sessions for the client's internal IT staff in United States Miami.
7. Ongoing Support (First 90 Days): On-call Systems Engineer support with a guaranteed 4-hour response time for critical incidents affecting operations in the United States Miami area.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be structured as follows:

1. 30% Advance Payment ($6,709.06) – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and prior to commencement of the Systems Engineer's on-site work in United States Miami.
2. 40% Milestone Payment ($8,945.42) – Due upon completion of hardware deployment, OS configuration, and cloud hybrid integration (approximately Day 35 of the project).
3. 30% Final Payment ($6,709.06) – Due upon delivery of all documentation, completion of training sessions, and client sign-off in United States Miami.

All payments are to be made via ACH transfer or certified check to the account designated by Apex Infrastructure Solutions LLC. Late payments shall accrue interest at 1.5% per month as permitted under Florida state law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Apex Infrastructure Solutions LLC to proceed with the engagement of the Systems Engineer for the services described herein, to be performed in United States Miami, Florida, under the terms and conditions stated above.
