- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing and availability of the Systems Engineer are subject to revision.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of the network audit and server migration milestones, and 30% upon final acceptance of all deliverables. Monthly retainer fees are due on the 5th business day of each month.
- All services will be performed by a qualified Systems Engineer holding at minimum a CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, and VMware VCP certification. The engineer will be physically based in Venezuela Caracas to ensure rapid on-site response.
- The client is responsible for providing secure access to all facilities, server rooms, and network closets in Caracas. The Systems Engineer will comply with all internal security protocols of the client's premises.
- Any work beyond the scope defined in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the rate of $85.00 per hour for the Systems Engineer's time.
- Intellectual property: All documentation, network diagrams, and configuration files produced by the Systems Engineer during this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of hardware, software licenses, or third-party services unless explicitly stated in the line items above.
- Governing law: This agreement shall be governed by the commercial laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Caracas, Venezuela.
- The Systems Engineer is engaged as an independent contractor through TechSolutions Venezuela C.A. and is not an employee of the client. Social security and tax obligations in Venezuela are the responsibility of TechSolutions Venezuela C.A.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes TechSolutions Venezuela C.A. to commence the engagement of the Systems Engineer for the services described herein, to be delivered at the client's facilities in Venezuela Caracas.
