Note: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and are subject to adjustment should the Argentine Central Bank (BCRA) modify the official exchange rate by more than 5% during the validity period. An equivalent USD value may be provided upon request. All Tailor services are performed exclusively at our registered workshop in Córdoba, Argentina.

Acceptance: This Quotation Estimate becomes a binding agreement upon written acceptance by the client and a 50% advance payment received by Atelier Córdoba S.A. The remaining 50% is due upon final fitting and before garment collection.
Timeline: The estimated completion period of 21 business days applies from the date of full material approval and advance payment. Delays caused by client-requested changes after the second fitting may extend the timeline by 3–5 additional business days.
Fittings: All fitting sessions must be conducted at our Tailor workshop located at Av. Vélez Sarsfield 1247, Córdoba Capital, Argentina. The client is responsible for punctuality; missed appointments may be rescheduled once without charge.
Material Selection: Fabrics and trims are sourced from approved suppliers in Córdoba and Buenos Aires. The client may select from our in-house fabric library or supply their own material, subject to the Tailor’s assessment of suitability.
Warranty: All bespoke garments carry a 90-day workmanship warranty covering stitching integrity, button attachment, and structural seams. This warranty does not cover damage from improper care, alterations by third parties, or normal wear.
Revisions: One (1) minor adjustment (hem, cuff, or waistband) within 30 days of delivery is included at no additional cost. Subsequent alterations are billed at the standard Tailor rate of ARS 8,000 per adjustment.
Confidentiality: All client measurements, design preferences, and personal data are treated as strictly confidential in accordance with Argentine Law 25.326 on Personal Data Protection.
Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract are governed by the Civil and Commercial Code of the Argentine Nation and the commercial regulations applicable in the Province of Córdoba, Argentina.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation before the Córdoba Chamber of Commerce, failing which the competent courts of Córdoba Capital shall have jurisdiction.
