- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Tailor workshop reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in fabric costs, labour rates, or Belgian regulatory changes.
- Payment Schedule: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, i.e., € 1,076.90, is due upon acceptance of this document. The remaining balance of € 1,076.90 shall be settled upon final delivery of the completed garments in Belgium Brussels.
- Payment Methods: Payment may be made via bank transfer to our Belgian account (IBAN: BE68 5390 0754 7034), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or in cash at the atelier. All transactions are processed in Euro (EUR) in accordance with Belgian financial regulations.
- Production Timeline: The estimated completion period for the bespoke suit is eight (8) to ten (10) weeks from the date of the initial fitting. The dress shirt and alteration services are estimated at three (3) to four (4) weeks. Delays caused by client-requested design changes or fabric unavailability will extend the timeline accordingly.
- Revisions & Fittings: The Quotation Estimate includes the number of fittings specified in each service line. Additional fittings or significant design modifications beyond the agreed scope will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by our Tailor team.
- Warranty: Maison Brabant provides a twelve-month workmanship warranty on all bespoke garments. This covers stitching defects, structural failures, and fitting issues attributable to the Tailor workshop. Normal wear, accidental damage, or alterations performed by a third party are excluded.
- Confidentiality: All client measurements, design preferences, and personal information collected during the Tailor consultation process in Belgium Brussels are treated as strictly confidential and are stored in compliance with the Belgian Data Protection Act and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
