• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% (R$ 5,157.50) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure the client's slot in our Tailor production schedule in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro. The deposit is applied toward the final invoice.
• Balance Payment: The remaining 50% (R$ 5,157.50) is due upon final fitting approval and before garment collection or dispatch. Payment may be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX), credit card (up to 3 installments), or cash at our Tailor atelier in Rio de Janeiro.
• Production Timeline: The complete Tailor service, from initial measurement to final delivery, is estimated at 21 to 28 business days, depending on fabric availability and the complexity of the bespoke work. This timeline is specific to our workshop in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro.
• Alterations: One round of minor alterations (up to 5 cm adjustments) is included free of charge. Any additional or structural alterations will be quoted separately by our Tailor team.
