3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in fabric costs, exchange rates, or operational expenses within Brazil São Paulo.
3.2 Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% (R$ 9.546,20) is required to commence the tailoring process. The remaining 50% (R$ 9.546,20) is due upon final fitting approval and before garment collection. Payment may be made via bank transfer (PIX or TED), credit card (up to 3 installments), or cash at our São Paulo atelier.
3.3 Production Timeline: The estimated timelines indicated in this Quotation Estimate are calculated from the date of deposit confirmation. Delays caused by client-requested design changes, fabric unavailability, or force majeure events in Brazil São Paulo may extend delivery by up to ten (10) business days.
3.4 Fittings and Adjustments: Each bespoke garment includes up to three (3) fitting sessions at no additional charge. Additional fittings beyond the included number will be charged at R$ 150,00 per session. All alterations must be requested within fourteen (14) days of garment delivery.
3.5 Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation after the deposit has been paid and production has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation prior to the start of production will result in a 10% administrative fee being deducted from the deposit.
3.6 Quality Guarantee: Alta Costura São Paulo guarantees all tailoring workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Any defects in stitching, construction, or finishing will be repaired at no cost to the client.
3.7 Applicable Law: This Quotation Estimate and all associated services are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with jurisdiction in the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo.
Note: All fabric selections referenced in this Quotation Estimate are subject to availability at the time of production. Should a selected textile become unavailable, our tailor team will propose an equivalent or superior alternative at no additional cost. All garments are crafted in our atelier on Av. Paulista, São Paulo, ensuring the highest standard of Brazilian tailoring excellence. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until the deposit is received and a formal service agreement is signed by both parties.
