- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in fabric costs, labour rates, or applicable tax regulations within the Province of Quebec, Canada.
- A non-refundable deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the Grand Total, amounting to $1,490.16 CAD, is required to commence production. The remaining balance of $1,490.16 CAD is due upon final delivery and client approval at our Tailor workshop in Canada Montreal.
- Estimated completion time for the bespoke suit is six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date of deposit confirmation. Dress shirts and alterations are estimated at two (2) to three (3) weeks. These timelines are subject to the workload of our Montreal Tailor team and may vary during peak seasonal periods.
- All garments are constructed in accordance with the standards of the Canadian Textile Institute and comply with the Consumer Protection Act (Quebec). The client is entitled to one (1) complimentary minor alteration within ninety (90) days of final delivery.
- Fabric samples and measurements taken during the consultation are the property of Atelier Couture du Vieux-Montréal. The client acknowledges that bespoke garments made to their specific measurements cannot be resold or returned, except in cases of documented manufacturing defect.
- Payment may be made by Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or certified cheque. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) in accordance with the Bank of Canada exchange standards.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through mediation in the city of Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
- The client agrees that by accepting this Quotation Estimate, they authorize the Tailor to use their name and measurements for internal production records only, in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) of Canada.
