This Quotation Estimate is issued by Sterling & Thread Tailor Atelier, a licensed and insured Tailor operating in Canada Toronto, to provide Mr. Jonathan A. The following Quotation Estimate covers the specific services requested by the client for a formal event scheduled for September 2025.

Important: This Quotation Estimate assumes standard construction timelines. The bespoke suit and waistcoat require a minimum production period of six (6) weeks from the date of the initial measurement session at our Tailor workshop in Canada Toronto. Rush service (reducing timeline to three weeks) is available at an additional 25% surcharge on the affected items. All garments are constructed by our master Tailor, Mr. Aldric Chen, and his senior team of certified garment artisans.

Fabric selections listed in this Quotation Estimate are based on the client's confirmed choices during the consultation on June 5, 2025. Should the client wish to substitute any material, a revised Quotation Estimate will be issued within two business days reflecting any price adjustments. All measurements are taken in person at our Canada Toronto location to ensure the highest degree of fit accuracy that only an experienced Tailor can provide.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be adjusted to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or applicable tax legislation in the Province of Ontario, Canada.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount ($1,985.98 CAD) is required to commence work. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting and garment collection at our Tailor atelier in Canada Toronto.
Payment may be made via Interac e-Transfer, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or certified cheque. All transactions are processed in Canadian Dollars.
One (1) complimentary alteration is included within fourteen (14) days of garment delivery for minor fit adjustments. Subsequent alterations will be billed at our standard Tailor rate of $45.00 CAD per adjustment.
All bespoke garments are covered by a twelve-month workmanship warranty against stitching defects, seam failures, and structural faults. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, dry-cleaning errors, or normal wear.
The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate is a good-faith estimate. In the event that hidden garment conditions (in the case of alterations) or material defects necessitate additional work, the Tailor will notify the client in writing before proceeding, and a supplemental estimate will be provided.
All work is performed at our licensed Tailor facility located at 2847 Yonge Street, Canada Toronto. Garments may be collected in person or shipped via insured courier at the client's expense.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Canada Toronto prior to litigation.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes Sterling & Thread Tailor Atelier to proceed with the Tailor services described herein. The client confirms that all measurements, fabric selections, and design specifications have been reviewed and approved.
