This Quotation Estimate is issued by Atelier Santiago Costura, a distinguished Tailor workshop operating in the heart of Chile Santiago, to provide comprehensive bespoke garment construction, alterations, and finishing services. Our Tailor team of twelve experienced artisans will execute all work in accordance with the specifications outlined below. - Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, a new Quotation Estimate must be requested from our Tailor office in Chile Santiago.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is due upon acceptance. The remaining 50% is payable upon final delivery and client sign-off at our Tailor atelier or the client's designated location in Santiago, Chile.
- Production Timeline: Bespoke garments will require a minimum of six (6) weeks from the first fitting to final delivery. Alterations and hand-finishing work will be completed within ten (10) business days. Our Tailor team will provide a detailed production schedule upon contract signing.
- Fittings: All bespoke pieces include the number of fittings specified in the itemized table. Additional fittings beyond the included number will be charged at CLP 25.000 per session per garment, as determined by our Tailor master.
- Quality Guarantee: Atelier Santiago Costura guarantees all Tailor workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Any defects in stitching, construction, or finishing will be repaired at no additional cost at our workshop in Chile Santiago.
- Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to attend all scheduled fitting appointments at our Tailor atelier in Las Condes, Santiago. Failure to attend a scheduled fitting without 48-hour notice may result in a delay charge of CLP 30.000 per missed session.
- Confidentiality: All client measurements, design specifications, and personal information provided to our Tailor team will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without written consent.
- Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Santiago, Chile.
- Force Majeure: Our Tailor workshop in Chile Santiago shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions.
