1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Tailor workshop reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in fabric costs, exchange rates, or changes in the local market conditions in China Beijing.
2. A deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to commence production. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final fitting approval at our Tailor studio located in Dongcheng District, China Beijing. Payment may be made via bank transfer, Alipay, WeChat Pay, or cash (RMB only).
3. All bespoke Tailor garments are made to the client's exact measurements. Once the cutting process has begun, modifications to the design or measurements may incur additional charges as determined by the lead Tailor. Any such changes will be documented in a supplementary Quotation Estimate prior to execution.
4. Standard production time for a bespoke suit is 14–21 working days. The traditional Qipao requires 28–35 working days due to hand-embroidery. These timelines are estimates based on our Tailor workshop capacity in China Beijing and may vary during peak seasons (e.g., Chinese New Year, National Day Golden Week).
5. All garments are subject to a final fitting session at our Tailor atelier in Beijing. The client must attend in person or authorize a representative. If the client is unable to attend, a video-based fitting may be arranged at an additional fee of 200 CNY per session.
6. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of imported fabrics unless explicitly stated. If the client requests a specific imported material (e.g., Loro Piana, Zegna, or Hermès), the Tailor will issue a revised Quotation Estimate reflecting the fabric surcharge and any applicable customs duties within China Beijing.
7. Warranty: All Tailor workmanship is guaranteed for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of final delivery. This warranty covers stitching defects, lining separation, and button attachment. It does not cover damage caused by improper care, alterations by a third-party Tailor, or normal wear and tear.
8. This Quotation Estimate is governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation, and failing that, through the competent courts of Dongcheng District, China Beijing.
9. The client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate is a non-binding proposal until both parties have signed and stamped the document. Upon acceptance, it becomes a binding service agreement between the client and Beijing Imperial Tailor Atelier.
Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, the client confirms that they have reviewed this Quotation Estimate in its entirety, understand the scope of Tailor services to be performed, and agree to the pricing, timelines, and terms set forth herein. The Tailor workshop in China Beijing will commence work only upon receipt of the signed Quotation Estimate and the required deposit.
