Upon receipt of the 50% deposit and written acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, the Tailor workshop in China Guangzhou will commence pattern drafting within 2 business days. The full production cycle, including two fitting sessions, final construction, pressing, and quality control, is estimated at 18 to 22 working days from the date of deposit confirmation. International shipping from China Guangzhou to the United Kingdom will add an additional 3 to 5 business days via DHL Express. The client will be provided with real-time progress updates via WeChat or email at each major production milestone.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs, exchange rates, or Tailor labor rates in China Guangzhou.
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate the Tailor production process. The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the final fitting and prior to dispatch from the China Guangzhou atelier.
- All bespoke garments are made to the client's exact measurements as recorded by our Tailor master. The client acknowledges that bespoke Tailor work in China Guangzhou is non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless a manufacturing defect is identified within 14 days of delivery.
- Any changes to fabric selection, design specifications, or measurements after the initial pattern has been cut will incur an additional charge of 15% of the affected item's unit price, as assessed by the supervising Tailor.
- Payment may be made via international wire transfer (SWIFT) to our corporate account in China Guangzhou, or via Alipay / WeChat Pay for amounts under CNY 10,000. Bank transfer details will be provided upon request.
- All garments are covered by a 12-month warranty against stitching defects, lining separation, and button attachment failures under normal wear conditions. The warranty is valid only for garments produced at our China Guangzhou facility.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include any import duties, customs clearance fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country. The client is responsible for all such charges upon arrival in the United Kingdom.
- In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or international shipping disruptions affecting the China Guangzhou port), the Tailor workshop reserves the right to extend the production timeline by a reasonable period with prior written notice to the client.
