- Validity: This Quotation Estimate for Tailor services in China Shanghai is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuating fabric costs in the China Shanghai textile market.
- Payment Terms: A 50% deposit (CNY 22,035.00) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence the Tailor work. The remaining 50% balance is due upon final fitting and collection at our China Shanghai atelier. Payment may be made via bank transfer (ICBC / China Merchants Bank), Alipay, or WeChat Pay.
- Production Timeline: Standard bespoke Tailor garments require 14–21 business days from the initial fitting. The express finishing service reduces final pressing and delivery to 48 hours. All timelines are calculated from the date the deposit is received.
- Fittings: Each bespoke suit or overcoat includes two (2) in-person fitting sessions at our Tailor workshop in China Shanghai. Additional fittings, if required, will be charged at CNY 200 per session.
- Fabric Selection: The client may select from our in-house fabric library at the China Shanghai atelier or provide their own fabric. If client-supplied fabric is used, the Tailor workshop assumes no liability for fabric defects, shrinkage, or colour variation.
- Alterations Post-Delivery: Minor adjustments (up to 2 cm per seam) within 14 days of collection are complimentary. Beyond this period, standard Tailor alteration rates in China Shanghai will apply.
- Confidentiality: All client measurements, design preferences, and personal data are treated as strictly confidential by our Tailor team and are stored in accordance with China's Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL).
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the Shanghai Arbitration Commission in China Shanghai.
