Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and receipt of the initial payment, our Tailor workshop in Colombia Bogotá will commence production within five (5) business days. The estimated delivery timeline for each item is as follows: the bespoke two-piece suit and three-piece suit will be ready within twenty-five (25) business days; the set of three dress shirts within ten (10) business days; the evening tuxedo within twenty (20) business days; and the alterations package within seven (7) business days. The home fitting sessions will be scheduled at the client's convenience during the mid-production phase.
- Initial Deposit: Fifty percent (50%) of the total Quotation Estimate amount, equivalent to COP 6,205,850, is due upon signing and acceptance of this document. This deposit secures the client's place in our Tailor production schedule in Colombia Bogotá and covers the cost of premium fabrics and materials.
- Final Payment: The remaining fifty percent (50%), equivalent to COP 6,205,850, is due upon final fitting approval and before the garments are released for pickup or delivery.
- Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfer to Bancolombia (Account No. 001-789-456-1, CCI: 046-001-789-456-1000000001), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or cash at our Colombia Bogotá atelier. A formal invoice (Factura de Venta) will be issued for all payments in compliance with Colombian tax regulations (DIAN).
- Late Payment: A late fee of one percent (1%) per business day will be applied to any outstanding balance after the agreed due date, in accordance with Colombian commercial law.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in fabric costs, exchange rates, or market conditions in Colombia Bogotá.
- All garments are made to the client's exact measurements. The Tailor workshop assumes no liability for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the client or from significant changes in the client's body measurements between fittings.
- One (1) complimentary alteration is included with each bespoke garment for minor fit adjustments within thirty (30) days of final delivery. Additional alterations will be charged at our standard Tailor rate of COP 80,000 per adjustment.
- The client acknowledges that handcrafted Tailor work involves minor variations in stitching, button placement, and fabric drape that are characteristic of artisanal construction and do not constitute defects.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the named client. Any change in the client's identity requires a new Quotation Estimate.
- In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to resolve matters through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, the matter shall be submitted to the competent commercial courts of Colombia Bogotá, Cundinamarca, Colombia.
- Our Tailor workshop maintains full confidentiality regarding client measurements, design preferences, and personal information in accordance with Colombia's data protection law (Ley 1581 de 2012).
