The following Quotation Estimate encompasses the full range of bespoke Tailor services to be executed in our workshop located in the El Poblado district of Colombia, Medellín. Each garment will be crafted by our senior Tailor artisans using premium imported and locally sourced fabrics, following the client's exact measurements and design specifications.

Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and receipt of the initial payment, our Tailor team in Colombia, Medellín will commence production within five (5) business days. The estimated completion and final fitting date for the entire collection is forty-five (45) calendar days from the date of contract signing. The client will be invited to our atelier in El Poblado, Medellín, for a minimum of two (2) fitting sessions to ensure the Tailor achieves the precise silhouette and comfort level requested.

• 50% Advance Payment: Due upon signing and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. This payment secures the client's slot in our Tailor production schedule and covers the cost of premium fabric procurement.
• 30% Mid-Production Payment: Due upon completion of the first fitting session, confirming the pattern and construction are proceeding to the client's satisfaction.
• 20% Final Payment: Due upon final fitting approval and before garment collection. Payment may be made via bank transfer (Bancolombia, Nequi, or Davivienda), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or cash at our Colombia, Medellín workshop.

• This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the named client. Any modification to the scope of Tailor services must be agreed upon in writing and may result in a revised Quotation Estimate.
• All garments are constructed to the client's exact measurements. The Tailor assumes no liability for fit discrepancies arising from significant changes in the client's body measurements after the initial fitting in Colombia, Medellín.
• Fabric selection is subject to availability. In the event that a specified fabric is discontinued, our Tailor will propose an equivalent alternative of equal or superior quality at no additional cost.
• Alterations beyond the two (2) included fitting adjustments will be quoted separately at a rate of COP 80,000 per adjustment per garment.
• All work is guaranteed for a period of twelve (12) months against defects in craftsmanship. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, washing, or storage.
• This Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the commercial laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Medellín, Antioquia.
• Confidentiality: All client measurements, design preferences, and personal data shared during the Tailor consultation process in Colombia, Medellín shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party.
