• Initial fitting and measurement session: Within 3 business days of order confirmation (estimated 17 June 2025).
• Mid-production check (basted fitting): Approximately 12 business days after the initial fitting.
• Final fitting and adjustments: Approximately 20 business days after the initial fitting.
• Final delivery of all garments: No later than 30 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to fabric availability.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to revision upon expiry due to fluctuations in raw material costs in the Egypt Alexandria textile market.
• A deposit of fifty percent (50%) of the grand total, amounting to 16,017.00 EGP, is required to commence production. The remaining balance is due upon final fitting approval.
• All bespoke garments produced by our Tailor workshop are covered by a ninety-day workmanship guarantee, covering stitching integrity, button attachment, and structural alignment. This guarantee does not extend to fabric defects or damage caused by improper care.
• Any changes to design, measurements, or fabric selection after the initial fitting session may incur additional charges, which will be communicated in writing before work proceeds.
• Payment may be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer, cash, or approved credit/debit card at our Alexandria premises. No foreign currency transactions are accepted.
• Delivery is included within the city of Egypt Alexandria. For destinations outside Alexandria, a delivery surcharge of 50 EGP per 10 km will apply, to be confirmed prior to dispatch.
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the deposit has been received in full.
• All personal measurements and design preferences shared with our Tailor team are treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
