- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs or workshop capacity in France Lyon.
- Payment Schedule: A deposit of 40% (EUR 5,083.20) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to reserve workshop time and secure fabric orders. The remaining 60% (EUR 7,624.80) is due upon final collection of all garments from our Tailor atelier in France Lyon.
- Production Timeline: The complete bespoke wardrobe commission is estimated to require a production period of eight to ten (8–10) weeks from the date of the initial measurement session, subject to fabric availability and workshop scheduling.
- Fittings: Two fitting sessions are included in this Quotation Estimate. Any additional fittings beyond the included sessions will be charged at EUR 120.00 per session.
- Alterations: Minor alterations (up to 2 cm adjustment per garment) are included free of charge within thirty days of collection. Major alterations or rework beyond the scope of this Quotation Estimate will be quoted separately.
- Cancellations: In the event of cancellation after fabric has been ordered and cut, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation prior to fabric ordering will incur a 10% administrative fee.
- Warranty: Maison Couture Lyonnaise provides a twelve-month workmanship warranty on all bespoke Tailor garments produced in France Lyon. This covers stitching defects, button attachment, and structural integrity under normal wear.
