Note: All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and include standard workmanship. Fabric costs are included in the unit prices as specified. Should the client wish to upgrade to a higher-grade fabric (e.g., Super 150s or cashmere blend), a supplementary Quotation Estimate will be issued within 48 hours. All bespoke garments are crafted in our Marseille atelier and are subject to a minimum production timeline of 4–6 weeks from the final fitting approval.Each bespoke garment will undergo a minimum of three fitting sessions at our atelier in Marseille: (i) the basted fitting (toile) approximately two weeks after the initial measurement, (ii) the half-canvas fitting, and (iii) the final fitting. The client is expected to attend all fittings in person at 14 Rue de la République, 13002 Marseille. Travel and accommodation costs for fittings are the responsibility of the client. The estimated completion date for all items listed in this Quotation Estimate is 22 August 2025, subject to the client's timely attendance at scheduled fittings.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Upon expiry, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or applicable French tax regulations.
- A deposit of 40% of the Grand Total (TTC) is required to commence production. The remaining 60% is due upon final collection of the completed garments at our Marseille atelier.
- Payment may be made by bank transfer (IBAN: FR76 3000 4028 3798 7654 3210 987), credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), or cash. No payment by cheque is accepted.
- All bespoke garments are made to the client's exact measurements. The tailor assumes no liability for fit discrepancies arising from inaccurate measurements provided by the client or significant changes in the client's body dimensions between the initial measurement and final fitting.
- Alterations to completed garments within fourteen (14) days of collection are provided free of charge, limited to minor adjustments (hemming, slight waist take-in). Subsequent alterations are billed at a rate of 45.00 EUR per hour of the tailor's time.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until the client signs and returns a copy and the deposit has been received in full by the tailor's establishment.
- All work is governed by the French Civil Code and the applicable provisions of the Code de la Consommation. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Marseille, France.
- The tailor reserves the right to substitute a fabric of equivalent quality and appearance should the specified material become unavailable from the supplier. The client will be notified in writing prior to any such substitution.
