Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are inclusive of all applicable French Value Added Tax (TVA) at the standard rate of 20%.
- A deposit of 40% of the Grand Total (3,732.00 €) is required to confirm the order and commence the tailoring process. The remaining balance of 60% (5,598.00 €) is due upon final fitting and collection of the finished garments at our Paris atelier.
- Production timeline: Each bespoke garment will require a minimum of six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the date of deposit confirmation. This timeline includes three (3) in-person fitting sessions to be scheduled at our atelier, 12 Rue Saint-Honoré, 75001 Paris, France.
- All tailoring work is performed by hand by our senior tailors using traditional Parisian couture techniques. No work is outsourced. The craftsmanship reflects the heritage of French tailoring established in our maison since 1962.
- Materials are sourced from certified European mills. Should a specific fabric become unavailable, our head tailor will propose an equivalent alternative of comparable quality and weight, subject to the client's written approval.
- One (1) complimentary alteration (minor adjustment of no more than 2 cm) is included within ninety (90) days of garment collection. Any further alterations will be quoted separately at a rate of 85.00 € per hour of tailor time.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until the deposit has been received and a signed order confirmation has been returned to our office in Paris.
- All garments are covered by a twelve-month workmanship guarantee against defects in stitching, construction, or material. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care, dry-cleaning errors, or normal wear.
- Payment may be made by bank transfer (IBAN: FR76 3000 4000 0312 3456 7890 123), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), or in cash at our Paris atelier. No payment by cheque is accepted.
- This document is governed by the laws of the French Republic. Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tribunal de Commerce de Paris.
