This Quotation Estimate is subject to the following payment schedule, in accordance with standard Tailor commission practices in Germany Berlin:

50% deposit (EUR 2,323.48) due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to secure your Tailor commission slot and initiate fabric procurement.
50% balance (EUR 2,323.48) due upon final fitting and collection of your bespoke garments from our Germany Berlin atelier.
Payment may be made via bank transfer (IBAN: DE89 3704 0044 0532 0130 00), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), or cash at our Tailor workshop in Germany Berlin.
Late payments are subject to a 1.5% monthly interest charge as per German commercial law (HGB §288).

From the date of deposit confirmation, the estimated production timeline for your Tailor commission is as follows:

Week 1–2: Pattern drafting, fabric cutting, and initial construction by our Tailor team in Germany Berlin.
Week 3: First basted fitting appointment at our atelier (you will be contacted to schedule).
Week 4: Adjustments, final assembly, hand-finishing, and pressing.
Week 5: Final fitting, quality inspection by the Master Tailor, and delivery.

Please note that this timeline is an estimate. Complex Tailor constructions or seasonal demand in Germany Berlin may result in a slight extension of up to one additional week.

Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised due to fluctuating fabric costs in the Germany Berlin market.
All Tailor work is bespoke and made-to-measure. Cancellations after the initial cutting of fabric are non-refundable beyond the 50% deposit.
Alterations beyond the complimentary 30-day window will be quoted separately by our Tailor team at a rate of EUR 45.00 per hour.
Our Tailor workshop in Germany Berlin operates Monday through Friday, 09:00–18:00, and Saturday 10:00–14:00. Fittings must be scheduled within these hours.
All garments are covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty against defects in stitching, construction, and structural integrity, as provided by our Tailor guarantee policy.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until the deposit has been received and a written commission agreement is signed by both parties at our Germany Berlin atelier.
Applicable law is German law. Jurisdiction for any disputes related to this Tailor commission lies with the courts of Berlin, Germany.
Client measurements and design preferences are treated as confidential information in accordance with the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
