Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate issued by our Tailor atelier in Frankfurt, Germany remains valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fabric market fluctuations or changes in material costs.

2. Payment Terms: A deposit of 50% of the total amount (EUR 3,421.25) is due upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate. The remaining 50% balance is payable upon final delivery and client approval of the finished garments at our Tailor studio in Frankfurt, Germany. Payment may be made via bank transfer (SEPA), credit card, or cash.

3. Production Timeline: The estimated completion time for bespoke Tailor garments is six to eight weeks from the date of the initial fitting. This timeline accounts for fabric sourcing, pattern drafting, cutting, hand-sewing, and multiple fitting sessions conducted at our Frankfurt, Germany workshop.

4. Fittings & Adjustments: Each bespoke garment includes up to three (3) in-person fitting sessions with our Master Tailor. Additional fittings or significant alterations beyond the original specification may incur supplementary charges, which will be communicated in a revised Quotation Estimate prior to execution.

5. Cancellation Policy: Should the client wish to cancel this commission after the initial deposit has been paid, the deposit is non-refundable as it covers the cost of fabric procurement and initial pattern-making by our Tailor team. Cancellations must be communicated in writing to our Frankfurt, Germany office.

6. Quality Guarantee: All garments produced by our Tailor atelier carry a twelve-month workmanship guarantee. Any defects in stitching, construction, or finishing arising under normal use will be repaired at no additional cost at our Frankfurt, Germany location.

7. Data Protection: In accordance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), all client measurements and personal data collected by our Tailor in Frankfurt, Germany are stored securely and used solely for the purpose of garment production and client service.
