The client shall be notified of any potential delays affecting this Quotation Estimate schedule no later than five (5) business days in advance.
As outlined in this Quotation Estimate, payment shall be structured as follows: a non-refundable deposit of 40% (EUR 2,299.08) is due upon acceptance of this document to secure the Tailor commission and initiate fabric procurement. The remaining balance of 60% (EUR 3,448.62) shall be payable in full upon the final fitting session and prior to garment collection at our Munich atelier. Payment may be made via bank transfer (SEPA) to the account details provided on the accompanying invoice, or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) at the Tailor workshop. No cash payments exceeding EUR 1,000 are accepted in accordance with German anti-money-laundering regulations (Geldwäschegesetz, GwG).
5.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Tailor workshop reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in fabric costs or changes in applicable German tax regulations.
5.2 All bespoke garments produced under this Quotation Estimate are made to the client's exact measurements and specifications. As such, the garments are considered custom-made goods under German consumer law (BGB § 312g) and are not eligible for standard return or cancellation rights after the cutting of fabric has commenced.
5.3 The Tailor workshop in Munich shall maintain full confidentiality regarding the client's personal measurements, design preferences, and any private correspondence. Data processing complies with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, BDSG).
