- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Tailor reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuating fabric costs in the Ghana Accra market.
- Payment Schedule: A non-refundable deposit of 50% (GHS 15,250.00) is required upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate to commence work. The remaining 50% balance (GHS 15,250.00) is due upon final fitting and collection of all garments.
- Fittings: Each bespoke garment includes two (2) complimentary fitting sessions at our Tailor workshop in Osu, Ghana Accra. Additional fittings beyond the included sessions will be charged at GHS 150.00 per session.
- Delivery: All items will be ready for collection at the Tailor’s premises in Ghana Accra within the stated delivery timelines. Optional delivery within the Accra Metropolitan Area is available at an additional GHS 200.00 per trip.
- Revisions: One (1) minor alteration (hem adjustment up to 3 cm, button replacement) is included free of charge within fourteen (14) days of collection. Major structural changes will be re-quoted separately.
- Liability: The Tailor shall not be held liable for damage to client-supplied fabrics beyond normal wear during the construction process. All client-supplied materials must be inspected and signed off at the time of handover.
- Confidentiality: All measurements, design preferences, and personal information shared during the Tailor consultation process in Ghana Accra shall be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties.
- Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved amicably. In the event of unresolved disagreement, matters shall be referred to the Ghana National Association of Tailors and Fashion Designers (GNAFTFD) arbitration panel in Accra.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined by the Tailor in Ghana Accra. The signed Quotation Estimate shall serve as a binding agreement between both parties for the scope of work described herein.
