Terms & Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, fabric prices and labour rates may be revised in line with prevailing market conditions in India Bangalore.
2. A 50% advance payment is required to confirm the order and initiate the Tailor work. The remaining 50% balance shall be payable upon final fitting and delivery of the completed garments.
3. All bespoke Tailor services include two complimentary fitting sessions at our India Bangalore studio. Additional fittings, if required, shall be charged at ₹500 per session.
4. Delivery timelines mentioned are estimates and may vary by 2–3 working days depending on fabric availability, seasonal demand, and complexity of the Tailor work involved.
5. Any changes to design, fabric, or measurements after the initial pattern drafting stage will attract an additional charge of 15% on the affected item's value.
6. All garments are covered under our 90-day workmanship warranty. Any stitching defects, button replacements, or minor alterations within this period will be addressed at no additional cost by our Tailor team.
7. Fabric sourced by the client is subject to inspection upon receipt. Our Tailor workshop in India Bangalore is not liable for pre-existing defects in client-supplied materials.
8. This Quotation Estimate does not include courier or shipping charges if delivery is required outside the Bangalore metropolitan area. Local delivery within India Bangalore city limits is complimentary.
9. Payment may be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or cash at our India Bangalore premises. A GST-compliant tax invoice will be issued upon full payment.
