The Quotation Estimate covers all materials, labour, fittings, and quality assurance checks required to deliver the finished garments to the client’s address within Mumbai, India.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the Tailor workshop reserves the right to revise pricing due to fluctuations in fabric costs within the India Mumbai textile market.
- A 50% advance payment of INR 39,532.50 is required to initiate the tailoring process. The remaining 50% balance of INR 39,532.50 shall be payable upon final fitting approval and before delivery of the completed garments.
- All bespoke garments will undergo a minimum of two (2) fitting sessions at our Tailor workshop in Bandra West, Mumbai, or at the client’s preferred location within the Mumbai metropolitan area, India.
- Estimated delivery timeline: 18–22 working days from the date of advance payment receipt and final measurement confirmation. Delays caused by client unavailability for fittings shall extend the timeline proportionally.
- Any changes to design, fabric selection, or measurements after the cutting stage shall be subject to an additional charge of 15% of the affected item’s value, as assessed by our senior Tailor.
- This Quotation Estimate does not include courier or shipping charges outside the Mumbai city limits, India. Delivery within Mumbai (including Navi Mumbai and Thane) is complimentary.
- All garments carry a 90-day workmanship warranty covering stitching defects, button attachment, and structural integrity. Fabric-related issues are not covered under this warranty.
- Payment may be made via bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, or demand draft. Our bank details are: HDFC Bank, Bandra Branch, Mumbai, India — A/C No. XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, IFSC: HDFC0000XXX.
- This Quotation Estimate is non-transferable and is issued exclusively for the named client. Any third-party use of this document is prohibited.
- In the event of any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate, the matter shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
