• Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Tailor pricing may be revised due to fluctuating fabric costs in the India New Delhi textile market.
• Advance Payment: A non-refundable advance of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount is required to initiate the Tailor work. The remaining 50% is due upon final fitting and delivery.
• Delivery Timeline: Standard Tailor garments will be delivered within 10–14 working days. The Wedding Sherwani, being a Master Tailor craft piece, requires 21 working days from the date of final measurement in our India New Delhi workshop.
• Fittings: Each bespoke garment includes the number of fittings specified in the itemized table. Additional fittings beyond the included count will be charged at INR 500 per session at our Tailor studio in Connaught Place, New Delhi.
• Fabric: Unless otherwise stated, all fabric costs are included in this Quotation Estimate. If the client wishes to source fabric independently, the Tailor labour charges will be adjusted accordingly.
• Alterations Post-Delivery: One complimentary minor alteration (hemming up to 2 inches) is included within 14 days of delivery. Further Tailor modifications will be billed separately.
• Quality Guarantee: Sharma & Sons Tailor House guarantees all stitching, finishing, and craftsmanship for a period of 90 days. Any defect in Tailor workmanship will be rectified at no additional cost.
• Payment Methods: We accept UPI, NEFT/RTGS, credit/debit cards, and cash. All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) at our India New Delhi office.
• Cancellation Policy: In the event of cancellation after work has commenced, the advance payment is non-refundable. Cancellation before commencement incurs a 10% administrative fee on the Quotation Estimate total.
• Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India, in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws.
