TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS QUOTATION ESTIMATE1. This Quotation Estimate is issued by PT. Nusantara Garment & Tailor, a registered Tailor and garment manufacturing company based in Indonesia Jakarta, and is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the validity period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs and labor rates in the Jakarta market.
2. All Tailor services described in this Quotation Estimate include professional measurement, pattern drafting, cutting, hand-finishing, machine stitching, quality control inspection, and final pressing. The Tailor team will conduct on-site fitting sessions at the client's designated location within Indonesia Jakarta to ensure precise garment fit for each individual staff member.
3. Payment shall be made in two installments: fifty percent (50%) as an advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, and the remaining fifty percent (50%) upon successful delivery and acceptance of all Tailor garments at the client's premises in Jakarta. Payment shall be made via bank transfer to the company account specified in the official invoice.
4. The estimated delivery timeline of twenty-one (21) calendar days commences from the date of receipt of the advance payment and completion of all on-site measurement sessions. Delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated closures, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Indonesia Jakarta region, shall be communicated in writing within forty-eight (48) hours.
5. A complimentary alteration allowance of up to two (2) adjustments per garment is included within thirty (30) days of delivery. Alterations beyond this allowance or beyond the thirty-day window will be charged at the standard Tailor modification rate of IDR 150,000 per adjustment, as per the company's published rate card.
6. All fabrics used in this Tailor project are sourced from certified suppliers in Indonesia Jakarta and comply with SNI (Standar Nasional Indonesia) textile safety standards. Fabric samples will be presented to the client for approval prior to bulk cutting. Any changes to fabric selection after the cutting stage will incur additional charges as mutually agreed upon.
7. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein are subject to the general commercial terms of PT. Nusantara Garment & Tailor and applicable Indonesian commercial law.
8. The Tailor workshop and all production activities referenced in this Quotation Estimate are conducted at our facility located in Indonesia Jakarta, ensuring direct quality oversight, efficient communication, and rapid response to any client requests or modifications during the production cycle.
Note: This Quotation Estimate is prepared specifically for Tailor services to be performed in Indonesia Jakarta. All pricing reflects current market rates for premium fabrics, skilled Tailor labor, and logistics within the Greater Jakarta (Jabodetabek) area. For projects requiring delivery to locations outside Indonesia Jakarta, additional transportation surcharges will apply and will be itemized in a supplementary addendum to this document.
