Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and receipt of the initial deposit, our Tailor team in Iran Tehran will commence production within five (5) business days. The estimated total production and delivery period is twenty-one (21) calendar days from the date of the first fitting. All work is performed in-house at our Tailor atelier in Tehran, ensuring direct supervision by the master Tailor at every stage. The client will be notified by phone or in-person visit for each fitting appointment.
4.1 — This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiry date, prices may be revised due to fluctuations in fabric costs in the Tehran market.
4.2 — A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate is required to secure the client's slot in our Tailor production schedule in Iran Tehran.
4.3 — The remaining 60% balance is due upon final delivery and acceptance of the completed garments at our Tailor atelier.
4.4 — All measurements are taken by our Tailor specialist. The client is responsible for confirming measurements at the initial consultation. Alterations beyond the two included fitting sessions will be charged at 350,000 IRR per adjustment.
4.5 — Fabric selection is final once cutting has commenced. Substitution of fabric after the cutting stage will incur an additional 15% surcharge on the fabric cost.
4.6 — This Quotation Estimate does not include shipping or courier services. Local delivery within Tehran city limits is complimentary for orders exceeding 30,000,000 IRR.
4.7 — A one-year warranty on all stitching and structural workmanship is provided by our Tailor workshop. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, washing, or wear.
4.8 — All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the commercial laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and adjudicated in the courts of Tehran.
