1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the expiry date, the Tailor studio reserves the right to re-evaluate material costs and issue a revised quotation.
2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (NIS 3,417.28) is required to commence any Tailor work. The balance of 60% is due upon final fitting and collection of the finished garments.
3. Production Timeline: Estimated completion times are based on standard Tailor workload in our Tel Aviv studio. Delays caused by client-requested changes after the first fitting may extend the timeline by 3–5 business days per revision.
4. Material Substitution: In the event that a specified fabric or material is unavailable, our Tailor team will contact the client to approve an equivalent alternative of comparable quality and price before proceeding.
5. Alterations Post-Delivery: Minor adjustments (up to 2 cm) within 14 days of delivery are complimentary. Structural alterations beyond this scope will be quoted separately at our standard Tailor hourly rate of NIS 180/hour.
6. Cancellation: Cancellation prior to the cutting of fabric is subject to a 10% administrative fee. Cancellation after fabric has been cut is non-refundable, as materials are purchased specifically for the client's order.
7. Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
8. Privacy: All client measurements and personal data collected during the Tailor consultation are stored securely in accordance with Israel's Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981.
