Upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and receipt of the initial deposit, our Tailor team in Italy Milan will commence production within five (5) business days. The estimated completion timeline for all bespoke garments is as follows:
- Week 1–2: Fabric cutting, pattern drafting, and initial basted construction at our Tailor workshop in Italy Milan.
- Week 3: First fitting session (basted fitting) scheduled at the atelier, Via Montenapoleone, Italy Milan.
- Week 4–5: Final stitching, hand-finishing, and quality inspection by the Master Tailor.
- Week 6: Final fitting and delivery of all completed garments to the client at our Tailor showroom in Italy Milan.
- A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (EUR 6,441.60) is due upon signing and acceptance of this document to reserve the Tailor's production schedule in Italy Milan.
- The remaining 60% balance (EUR 9,662.40) is due upon final fitting approval and prior to garment collection.

- Atelier Sartoria Milanese reserves the right to substitute equivalent-quality materials if the specified fabric becomes unavailable, with prior written consent from the client. This substitution will not affect the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have signed and the initial deposit has been received in full.
- All disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Italian Republic, with jurisdiction vested in the courts of Milan, Italy.
