1. Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to fluctuations in fabric costs, exchange rates, or changes in the Tailor's workshop schedule in Italy Naples.
2. Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total Quotation Estimate amount (i.e., € 2,394.25) is required to secure the client's place in the Tailor's production queue and to reserve the selected fabrics. The remaining balance is due upon final collection of the completed garments.
3. Production Timeline: The bespoke three-piece suit and dinner jacket will require approximately six to eight weeks from the date of the initial measurement session. Alterations to existing garments will be completed within ten to fourteen business days. These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the Tailor's current workload in our Italy Naples atelier.
4. Fittings: The client is expected to attend all scheduled fitting sessions at our atelier in Italy Naples. Failure to attend a scheduled fitting without prior notice (minimum 48 hours) may result in a delay of up to one additional week in the production timeline.
5. Modifications: Any changes to the original design, fabric selection, or specifications after the initial measurement session may incur additional charges. The Tailor will provide a revised Quotation Estimate for any such modifications before work commences.
6. Quality Guarantee: All bespoke garments carry a twelve-month workmanship guarantee. Should any stitching, button, or structural defect arise within this period, our Tailor in Italy Naples will repair the garment at no additional cost. This guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper care, alterations by a third party, or normal wear.
7. Payment Methods: We accept bank transfer (IBAN provided upon request), major credit/debit cards, and cash. For international clients, wire transfers to our Italy Naples bank account are accepted. All payments are processed in Euro (EUR).
8. Cancellation: In the event the client cancels the order after the deposit has been paid and fabric has been cut, the deposit is non-refundable. If cancellation occurs before fabric cutting, the deposit will be refunded in full within fourteen business days.
9. Privacy: All client measurements, personal data, and design preferences are treated with the strictest confidentiality in accordance with the Italian Data Protection Code (D.Lgs. 196/2003) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Acceptance & AuthorizationBy signing below, the client acknowledges that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the scope of Tailor services requested, the associated costs, and the terms and conditions outlined above.
